How ORYKSA works
One brain, two sides: ORYKSA serves your customers, and reports to you.
Customer side
ORYKSA learns the business from the site, the store or your data (MCP, Knowledge API, Shopify app, WordPress) and answers customers on the website chat, apps, WhatsApp and Telegram.
- Memory per source: each site or store has its own memory, used by relevance for every question.
- Actions in the store: on a Shopify store she opens the product page, adds the right variant to the cart and takes the customer to checkout herself. On channels without a browser she sends the links.
- Order status with privacy: only with the order number and the matching email.
- Live takeover: every chat appears in Activity; the owner replies live and the AI pauses for that customer.
Owner side
The owner talks to the same ORYKSA in the dashboard, the mobile app, the Chrome extension and Alexa. She answers with live numbers:
- Visits of pages with the chat, conversations per channel (today, 7 and 30 days).
- Conversions: sales made through her links (Shopify) and conversions reported by your site with
POST /v1/conversions. - Bookings and leads she created.
- Shopify: orders, revenue, orders still to ship, best sellers.
- Alerts: a notification (bell, push, email) for every sale she makes.
Report a conversion
For sites that are not Shopify, tell ORYKSA when a conversation turned into a sale or a lead:
curl https://api.oryksa.com/v1/conversions \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $ORYKSA_API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"kind": "sale", "amount": 129.90, "currency": "EUR", "reference": "order-4812", "conversation_id": "customer-4812"}'
kind: sale, lead, signup or booking. The owner is notified and the numbers appear in the owner reports.
