WordPress and WooCommerce plugin

The ORYKSA AI Employees plugin puts the AI employee on a WordPress site or WooCommerce store: chat with the owner's name and photo, learning of pages and products, cart and checkout actions, and sale alerts.

For customers only. This channel serves the customers of the business (questions, sales, bookings) with your Brain, products and services. It is never an interface for the owner: it does not change settings, read Activities or take orders from the owner, even if someone says they are the owner. The owner talks to ORYKSA only in the official ORYKSA app, the dashboard and the browser extension. More

Install (no code)

Upgrading: if you had the previous version installed, deactivate and delete it before activating this one.

Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin, choose the zip, Install Now, Activate.
Settings > ORYKSA AI Employees > Connect to ORYKSA > Connect site: the owner signs in on ORYKSA and approves. Nothing to copy.
The chat is live on the site. On WooCommerce the AI also opens products, adds them to the cart and opens the checkout.

Connection flow

The Connect site button uses a single-use code: it lasts 10 minutes, the return URL must be /wp-admin/ on the same host, and the state is checked against a 30-minute transient. The plugin exchanges the code server to server and stores the widget token.

The chat

The plugin loads the same widget as any other site, so appearance, languages, voice and plan rules are identical. The name and photo come from Your AI in ORYKSA; the plugin never changes them.

Sync

Published pages, posts and products (price, stock, cart id per product and option) are sent to the agent's Brain: up to 300 items of 4,000 characters. It runs daily, 2 minutes after publishing, and on demand with Update now.

Sales (WooCommerce)

The widget sets a first-party cookie oryksa_visitor (30 days). At checkout the plugin stores it in the order meta _oryksa_visitor; on payment complete, processing or completed it reports the sale. ORYKSA records a sale conversion, alerts the owner (bell, push, email) and tags the conversation "sale".

Never sent: payment data and customer addresses. Cost: each AI reply is one interaction (web channel). On top of the plugin you can use the API v1 (for example POST /v1/conversions) and the MCP widget tool.

Does it work without WooCommerce? Yes: chat plus learning of pages and posts.
Where do the name and photo come from? From Your AI in ORYKSA; the plugin never changes them.
How do I remove it? Disconnect in Settings > ORYKSA AI Employees, or deactivate the plugin.
